From my experience in nutrition counseling, most of us tend to snack on that are not rich in nutrients, but high in calories. The main fault often comes in the form of refined grains like cereal, cookies, crackers, and potato chips and also calorie-packed drinks like sodas and artificially flavored juices. Skipping sugary drinks may help in losing weight faster. Drinks often don't make you feel full, so changing this habit for sparkling water, unsweetened tea, or a healthy coffee is recommended to start.
With such biodiversity we all are different and therefore have different needs.
